name is Peter Janssen and I have been a Solicitor for over
15 years. I have practiced extensively in this area and
support this service. If you don't feel that you would like
to do your own Enduring Power of Attorney online you can choose to use my
firm to do your EPA in the normal way. This is
called the Legalmart full service option.
We specialise in Powers of Attorney and can take care of your
matter at a fixed fee (for a standard EPA). We know that you will be happy with
our service.

Anything that is not part of a standard
EPA is not included in the fixed fee - most EPAs are standard
but if you have complex affairs or assets then the standard
fee does not apply.
We would advise you at the outset whether your EPA is
standard or not and if it isn't give you a quote on what it
would cost you to do a non-standard EPA.
