How Much Stamp Duty Do I Have to Pay?
When you purchase property you will need to pay Stamp Duty on
that transaction. The amount of Stamp Duty you pay
depends on whether you will live in the home or whether it
will be an investment. For full explanation of when
concessions apply see our article on Stamp
Duty.

How Much Commission Do I have to Pay?
If you are selling a property you will be the one who has
to pay the Agents Commission when the property settles.
The agents commission is normally worked out in accordance
with the Real Estate Institute of Qld's Scale
Fees.
