  • you are buying a residential property (eg house and land or vacant land).  This service is not suitable if you wish to purchase a business, farm or other commercial property
  • the property is located in Queensland and is freehold (not leasehold)
  • you are or will be using the standard REIQ contract for Houses and Land (2nd, 3rd or 4th ed).
