Who can become a Referrer?

Anyone can become a Legalmart referrer. This means that any business or individual can refer visitors to our
site, and if that visitor purchases a service, Legalmart will pay to the person who referred the customer a referral fee.
People or businesses in related fields of Conveyancing and
Wills/Estates are in the best position to refer work to us (such
as Real Estate Agents, Accountants, Financial Planners, lenders etc).
However there are other businesses that you may not think of immediately,
that also have a related need for legal work, (for instance funeral directors, nursing homes and hospitals, all need wills, or estate information for the people they come into contact with).
Referral Commission

Legalmart will award its Referrers a commission (percentage
of the total sale price) if they successfully refer a client to Legalmart
and that client subsequently purchases a service on our website.
The fee paying services that are available on the Legalmart website include:

Online DIY Conveyancing Services - this service allows
site visitors to do their conveyancing online, with Lawyer
Support, for a fixed fee.
Commission Award: 10% of the total sale price.

Online DIY Legal Services -
this service allows site visitors to do their Will
online or via the Booklet and CD pack. Other related
online Will services on offer are the Children's Charter and
Willmaker's register.

How does it work?

To become a Legalmart referrer you should have your own website from which you can create a link to our
site. In this way, visitors to your site can link through to our site. Hopefully the traffic that you refer to our site through this link will result in sales being made (which in turn would
then result in a referrer payment to you).
We have a sophisticated ‘back end’ technology that will track
through your referrals. You can also access your referrals to our
site through your own password protected Legalmart Referrer
extranet.
If you would like to refer someone to us, but do not have a website, then you can still
do so. When you register, you will be given a unique
referral code which you can pass onto your customers to enter on
Legalmart's purchase page.
