Malcolm McColm
Solicitor and Principal
Malcolm obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland in 1975 and has practised law and studied in Brisbane and London.
He has been a practising Sunshine Coast Lawyer for in excess of 20 years and has developed a substantial knowledge, history and understanding of the Sunshine Coast area, its present needs and its future potential. With a significant network of clients, friends and acquaintances throughout the community he has a good rapport with many business and political identities.

Christine Matsinger
Christine holds a Bachelor of Laws from Otago University, Dunedin in New Zealand and practiced there for 3 years before making Queensland home. Christine was admitted in Queensland in August 1989 and has now practised law on the Sunshine Coast for over eleven years. She completed an undergraduate paper on Franchising at the University of Southern Queensland in 1997 and also completed her Master of Laws from QUT in 1999.
Christine practices in the area of Franchising, acting for both the Franchisors and Franchisees in all aspects including drafting Disclosure Documents, Franchise Agreements, Franchise Disputes
