PROFILE
Colin Fleming Solicitor and Principal. I graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from QIT in 1983 and was admitted as a Solicitor the following year. In 1986 I decided to open my own legal practice, with a strong customer focus mission to ‘treat your legal problem as if it were my
own’. I have now had almost 20 year’s experience in the property law and family law areas. My experience as a litigant in the Family Court, many years as a practitioner in this stressful area of law, and continuing legal education and membership of the Family
Law Practitioners Association all enable me to offer you not only good legal advice, but also practical result oriented options.

GENERALLY
We are a close knit team of 8 people who all share Colin’s vision to put the client first – solving your problems are what we have been doing for decades. Most of us have completed, or are completing, tertiary studies at University level. We also like to keep at the forefront of the law and the many changes that are occurring, by being members of various legal associations, such as APLA (Australian Plaintiff’s Association) and the Family Law Practitioners
Association.
You may get our formal qualifications and our extensive experience in other law firms. However, what makes us different is that we treat your legal problem with the same care and energy as if it were our own. AND we guarantee our service standards.
