Rod Cunich - Solicitor and Principal
Rod was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 1979.
He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, INSOL, the Financial Planning Association, the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the Law Society of New South
Wales.
Rod has over 20 years of commercial and corporate law experience including assisting start up and established businesses in many sectors including IT&E
industry.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on a range of commercial law issues relating to business transactions, business structures, asset protection and business succession.
