If you are planning to buy a residential property, or sell one,
then you need to comply with your States rules and regulations on the process by which the ownership in that property is transferred. In addition you have a Contract between yourself and another party that sets down what each person has to do.
Most sales and purchases proceed in a straightforward manner, although there is always the odd one that causes trouble. You can do your conveyance online with Legalmart, and save a lot of money. You have a Lawyer supporting you should you get into difficulty, and our special customer guarantee means that if you buy the online service, and decide that you want to transfer to the full service, you will get a full credit back on the online fee you paid!
You also need to consider, when buying a large asset such as a residential property,
(or selling one), revising your Will. Now is the time to make sure that if something should happen to you, that you specify who your assets will go to.
