Our Vision

Welcome to Legalmart® - a world first in providing legal services
over the Internet.
Legalmart was established in 1999 by Australian solicitors Peter
and Ann Janssen, as an online DIY legal service. It was the first
company in the world to create DIY Wills online, and is the only
DIY conveyancing service in Australia offering a fully interactive
online program, which allows the customer to complete their
conveyance from A to Z in a fraction of the time it would take if
they used a paper Kit.
Legalmart has continued to be at the forefront of technology with
the introduction of Australia’s only fully interactive DIY Will on
CD, which retails as the Quick Will Kit. The kit includes the
traditional paper based Booklet and Will form with the interactive
CD, so that it appeals to all age groups. You can find the Quick
Will kit in newsagents, and book shops around Australia.
Legalmart has now expanded into the overseas market with the
launch of the Quick Will Kit in the United Kingdom in October
2007.

The services provided on this website mean that for standard
situations you will no longer need to "physically" visit a
Solicitor. Instead you will be able to complete your service from
the comfort of your PC, at a time of day or night that is suitable
to you.
Our Will and Conveyancing services are legally approved and
provide you with everything you need to complete your matter.
At the same time you will enjoy the cost savings, and empowerment
of being able to do your own legals.
So that you feel totally confident that you can do the service
yourself, we offer Lawyer Support at a small additional fee should
you require it.
